Our simple 3-step process
Connect
It all starts with a complimentary consultation call together. This is where we’ll gather all the details on your preferred destination, travel companions and budget, plus what we need to personalize your trip, like your preferences, passions, and previous favorite travel experiences. We’ll share more about our planning fees and approach too, leaving time for your questions.
Craft
If we decide we’re a mutual fit, we’ll send over our planning fee agreement and start the design process. You can expect an initial trip proposal in 7-10 days, tied up in a pretty online package for easy review. Come back to us with any questions or tweaks you have, and we’ll finalize your itinerary. Then leave all the bookings to us, as we stitch together your seamless itinerary.
Discover
As your trip gets closer (yay!), we’ll check in to see if you have any last questions and set you up with your digital app-based itinerary. For our Itinerary Creation and Concierge clients, you can call on us or our in-destination partners for support while you travel, if you need it. We’ll check in after your trip to welcome you home—and perhaps start planning your next journey.
